These Strategic Alliances allow us to extend our solutions and market reach, while providing our customers with leading-edge solutions and industry-specific expertise. Value-Added Reseller/OEM Partners
Our Value Added Reseller (VAR)/OEM Partners are able to leverage our integration expertise and, at the same time, enjoy additional opportunities and resources that will help expand their business. With this program you receive the following benefits:

- Discounts on training and education
- Customer support via email, Web or the phone

Referral Partners
The SoftCare Referral Partners program is designed for business partners that are able to introduce SoftCare industry-leading solutions to their customers and earn a percentage of the revenue for referred accounts, while becoming more competitive and growing their business. Organizations can either choose from the "No Fee" or "Referral" Partner program based on their specific needs. Some of the benefits for the programs include:
No-Fee Referral Partner
- 0% referral fee with no annual minimum revenue required by the partner
- Partners who want to exchange leads and information, but also maintain their objectivity
- SoftCare provides marketing materials
Referral Partner
- A 10% referral fee with no annual minimum revenue required by the partner
- Referral commissions are reimbursed after the end customer pays SoftCare for the software
- Leads should be pre-qualified and partner should play a key role in the sale
- SoftCare provides marketing materials through self-service Website
- Partner is eligible for 10% discount on SoftCare training

Consulting Partners
SoftCare strives to meet the diverse needs of our customers. In addition to employing our own consultants who are experts in business commerce automation, the group extends its expertise through Consulting Partnerships. Consulting Partners allow SoftCare to deliver quality services in a flexible and expedient manner. Our Consulting Partners are certified through an extensive training process, which translates into more satisfaction for our customers.
